Walking the sparkler tunnel, faces lit gold, the day ending exactly as loudly and warmly as it deserved. The send-off is the last set piece of a wedding, and I stay to shoot it properly rather than slipping away after the first dance — the final frames of a gallery matter as much as the first. Two families, two continents, one glowing corridor of goodbyes: as closing images go, this wedding wrote its own. When Pollok House reopens its doors to couples again, nights like this one are waiting. I'll be there with the camera, same as always.
